Electrical Journeyman

We are searching for an observant and dependable Journeyman Electrician to perform installation and upgrade work on our clients’ electrical frameworks. The Journeyman Electrician’s duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with clients
  • Performing one’s own inspections to diagnose and tend to each task and troubleshoot when applicable
  • Promote and maintain safety standards at all times
  • Have the technical and mechanical skills necessary to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Be physically fit and capable of carrying up to 50 pounds as well as climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day
  • Skilled at bending conduit accurately in the field
  • Familiar with solar panel installation

Solar Panel Installer

We are seeking a dependable Solar photovoltaic (PV) installer to assemble, install, and maintain solar panel systems on rooftops or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. The PV installer may have to perform minor electrical work such as current checks. PV installer duties include, but are not limited too:

  • Plan PV system configurations based on customer needs and site conditions
  • Measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar PV panels
  • Install solar modules, panels, and support structures in accordance with building codes and standards
  • Connect PV panels to the electrical system
  • Activate and test PV systems
  • Perform routine PV system maintenance
Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistance that is self-motivated, reliable, and talented individual to join our EXI team. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a secretary or executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Must like dogs
